Sad Team Six: Healing through humor and heart.

Sad Team Six is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing vital mental health services for veterans, first responders, and their families. Founded by Chris Snyder, a former Canton, Ohio firefighter, our organization was born out of shared life experiences, a search for renewed purpose, and a passion for peer support. Alongside VP Justin Miller and our dedicated board, we bridge the gap between trauma and healing.

Breaking barriers to mental health.

We break down barriers to mental health using a unique, powerful tool: comedy. Led by the brilliant Matt King, Ryan Rogers and Chris himself, our comedy events offer healing through laughter with a plethora of local talent and traveling comedians. Beyond the stage, we actively raise funds to send individuals to the pioneering Dr. James Lynch for specialized treatment.

Our commitment to service.

Whether through peer support, fundraising, or laughter, Sad Team Six is here to ensure our heroes never walk alone. Explore the ways we support our community.
